Please read these rules before placing a bid. By bidding in an OCP Auction, you agree to the terms below.

Placing a Bid
All bids are binding, so please review your amount carefully before submitting. If you make a genuine bidding mistake, contact us immediately at support@oldcolemanparts.com — we can't guarantee a bid can be removed once placed. If proxy bidding is available, enter the highest amount you're willing to pay and the system will bid for you only as needed.
Reserve Price & Buy Now
Some auctions carry a reserve price — if it isn't met, the item isn't required to sell. Auctions with a Buy Now option end immediately when it's used, securing the item at the displayed price.
Popcorn Bidding
To stop last-second sniping, any bid placed in the final two minutes extends the auction by two more minutes. This repeats until two full minutes pass with no new bids. The time shown by Auction Today is the official end time.
Winning an Auction
The highest eligible bidder wins, provided any reserve price was met. You'll receive an email with a link to complete your purchase through the standard Old Coleman Parts checkout — make sure your account email is correct.
Payment
Payment is due within 3 days of the auction ending, through the normal checkout (PayPal, credit or debit card). If payment isn't received in time, we may cancel the purchase, contact another bidder, relist the item, or return it to regular sale.
Shipping & Taxes
Auction purchases follow our normal shipping terms, including free USA shipping on orders of $60 or more. Shipping methods, charges, and taxes are shown at checkout — winners are responsible for a complete, accurate address.
Item Condition
Many auction items are vintage, used, or one of a kind. Please review the full description and photos before bidding — normal age, wear, or prior repair will be noted as clearly as possible. Items are sold as described and shown.
Returns
Our standard 60-day return policy applies. Items must remain unused, uninstalled, and in the condition received. Original shipping isn't refundable, and the buyer covers return shipping.
Auction Problems
We may remove a bid, cancel an auction, or correct a listing error due to a technical issue, suspected fraud, or incorrect product information. Questions about an item or auction should go to support@oldcolemanparts.com before you bid.
