We gladly accept returns and offer refunds within 60 days of the delivery date. To help us process your return, please make sure the item is in good condition, has not been installed or used, and is returned with the original packaging in a condition that allows us to restock the item. Include your receipt or packing slip We need this to identify who to refund. A brief note explaining why you're returning the item is also helpful.

Return shipping is your responsibility We refund the part cost only — not original shipping or return postage. Exception: wrong or defective items are covered fully.

Returns FAQ

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you received the wrong item or a defective part, we cover return shipping at no cost. For standard returns (e.g. ordered the wrong part), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.

What if my part arrives damaged?

OEM parts are made by the original manufacturer. Compatible parts are produced by third parties to fit the same models. Both can work well — we list compatibility clearly on each product page.

I installed the part and it doesn't fit. Can I return it?

Prefix variations were common across Coleman production runs and often refer to the same component. Use the part compatibility checker above, or send us the full number and we'll confirm.
