Lantern light reflector. Looks new but can't say for sure.

These are meant to hook into the lower burner frame holes on a 220 or 228 models B through F and then also the ball nut on top. Should fit all lanterns with similar burner frame holes. The height is adjustable for the ball nut. See photos. Lantern not included, just for demonstration purposes only.
