Brand new Coleman Model 639C kerosene lantern in the original box. This is the current full-size kerosene lantern made by Coleman in the USA.

The 639C is a bright, sturdy lantern that uses kerosene rather than Coleman Fuel. It needs to be preheated with rubbing alcohol before lighting. The included alcohol fill bottle makes that part easier, but kerosene and rubbing alcohol will need to be purchased separately.

It puts out up to 700 lumens and will run up to 6.5 hours on high or 8.5 hours on low from a full 1.5-pint fount. The brightness is adjustable, and the bail makes it easy to carry or hang at camp.

The lantern has a porcelain-coated ventilator, heat-resistant globe, and a string-tie #11 mantle is included.
