• Rebuild kit for later Coleman 425 series camp stoves. This kit fits the 425G and the modern unlettered 425 with the non smooth outer case. It also fits 425E and 425F stoves equipped with a 1/4-inch valve stem.

  Important Fitment Information

  Coleman used both 1/4-inch and 3/16-inch valve stems on some 425E and 425F stoves. Measure your valve stem before ordering:

  • 1/4-inch valve stem: This is the correct kit

  • 3/16-inch valve stem: You need this rebuild kit for the smaller valve stem

  This kit may also fit Sears stove models 476.72301, 476.72244, and 476.74960, but fitment has not been fully confirmed. Measure the valve stem and make sure it is 1/4 inch before ordering.

  Kit Includes

  • 1 new generator with spring and tip-cleaning needle

  • 1 valve stem packing for a 1/4-inch valve stem

  • 1 leather pump cup for the thumb-operated air pump

  • 2 fuel cap gaskets—one for each cap style commonly found on these stoves

  The generator does not include the valve assembly.

  Coleman used two different fuel cap styles, so both gasket types are included. Use the gasket that matches the cap currently installed on your stove.
